Makes two large pizzas = 4 portions.
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour – we usually do a mix of brown and white, 2 of one, 1 1/4 of the other
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/8 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp yeast
- Put all the ingredients into the breadmaker on a ‘dough’ cycle
- Preheat oven to 230C
- When the dough is ready, split into equal chunks and roll into a pizza shape, put each on a floured baking tray, put on preferred topping
- Put into the oven for 12 minutes (15 minutes in a conventional oven)
- Eat.
We learned early on to split this recipe to make 2 pizzas with seperate toppings. It could be split further to make thinner pizzas if you’re into that sort of thing.
